A+J tied the knot at Top of the Rock. Due to the weather, they choose to exchange vows inside. Fortunately, this contemporary wall provided a great setting!
As a reminder, if you contact Top of the Rock for official permission to marry there, staff will assume you are looking for a special package with TOR’s wedding company. You do not need to make such special arrangements…unless you wish to do so. I have officiated lots and lots of weddings on the observation decks. Never have I experienced a problem. In fact, in one case, a security guard was the couple’s witness.
