If you are looking for a detailed wedding program, you’ve come to the right place. Here is a template (of my own design, but based upon others) that does a nice job of comprehensively outlining the components of a marriage ceremony. For fun and history buffs, I used old wedding vows as examples.
If you are one of my couples, I am happy to tailor the program for you, which you can then print for your guests *with the proper lead time.* Although the last page will be devoted to the ceremony rather than a general thank-you page to guests, I will put the entire text for your vows (unless you want them to be a surprise), readings, and full descriptions of my parts. This is also a great way to be able to add your ceremony to a scrapbook: in ten years, you’ll be able to look back and be reminded of the vows you exchanged and the readings you selected.
