I greatly appreciate couples who take me to new places throughout the city. At the same time, Central Park is a home wedding base. Again and again, I return there to officiate marriage ceremonies for international couples — Europeans, Australians, Canadians, and others — and local New Yorkers alike. Each season brings unique delights. In the Autumn, the leaves change into bright reds, yellows, and oranges against a backdrop of greens and browns. Among the park niches, the Gapstow Bridge area displays the contrasts brilliantly. This area has it all. A skyline with trees and buildings. Close proximity to the street. A stone bridge and water. So why not elope here?
